About Me
I have enjoyed a vocation chiefly in the area of education and training. I’ve been a teacher, consultant and education leader and manager over 25 years. My career has, at times, flowed into areas such as pastoring provincial and rural congregations as well as holding significant regional and state positions in a church denomination.
I have embraced the challenge and the growth that results from striving for authenticity as a person of faith in all environments. Over time, my leadership model has focused on servant leadership with a distinctly ‘love your neighbour as yourself’ approach. I enjoy supporting the development of a person’s gifts and skills and their journey of establishing congruity between what they believe and how they behave.
Where it is agreed, I seek to engage in faith focused conversations that illuminate connections to the spiritual dimension of life. It is our connection to the Source of our being, in my words – God, that enables transformation to really happen!
