About Me<\/h3>\n
I have enjoyed a vocation chiefly in the area of education and training. I\u2019ve been a teacher, consultant and education leader and manager over 25 years. My career has, at times, flowed into areas such as pastoring provincial and rural congregations as well as holding significant regional and state positions in a church denomination.<\/p>\n
I have embraced the challenge and the growth that results from striving for authenticity as a person of faith in all environments. Over time, my leadership model has focused on servant leadership with a distinctly \u2018love your neighbour as yourself\u2019 approach. I enjoy supporting the development of a person\u2019s gifts and skills and their journey of establishing congruity between what they believe and how they behave.<\/p>\n
Where it is agreed, I seek to engage in faith focused conversations that illuminate connections to the spiritual dimension of life. It is our connection to the Source of our being, in my words \u2013 God, that enables transformation to really happen!<\/p>\n
